No buyer information is required prior to gaining access to anonymous practice data on LEVEL 1.

LEVEL 2- PRACTICE INFORMATION contains anonymous statistical data presented in greater detail about the practice for sale. Potential buyers are required to give basic personal data including name, address, phone # and email address prior to gaining access to anonymous practice data on LEVEL 2

LEVEL 3-PRACTICE INFORMATION contains full disclosure of the practice location, ownership and detailed sensitive information regarding tax returns etc…Potential buyers must submit detailed personal and financial information contained in the BUYERS PROFILE and FINANCIAL PREQUALIFICATION packets as well as sign a CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-DISCLOSURE AND SELLERS AGENCY AGREEMENT prior to gaining access to sensitive and confidential information on LEVEL 3
